At Tidings Scarves, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Scarf

  Carefully place the scarf in its original gift box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
